How Our Pricing Works
Our standard rate is $150 per hour + GST for 2 professional removalists and our 4.5-tonne moving truck.
A 2-hour minimum booking applies. After the first 2 hours, time is charged in 15-minute increments at $37.50 + GST per 15 minutes.
Travel / Call-Out: The first 30 minutes of total travel time to and from our Port Melbourne depot is included at no extra charge. If the total depot travel time exceeds 30 minutes, the additional travel time is charged in 15-minute increments at $37.50 + GST per 15 minutes.
Before your move, we provide a rough time estimate based on the information you give us. Final pricing is based on the actual time required on the day, as factors such as access, stairs, parking, furniture volume, heavy or special items, disassembly and reassembly, and the distance between properties can affect the total moving time.

Yes. All drawers, cupboards and wardrobes should be emptied before the move begins.

Do You Move Heavy Or Difficult Items?
Yes, depending on the item, weight and access. Please tell us in advance about heavy, fragile or unusual items such as marble tables, large appliances or oversized furniture so we can make sure we have the correct equipment and enough workers for the job.

How Far In Advance Should I Book A Removalist?
Booking early is recommended, especially for weekends, the end of the month and other busy moving periods. However, last-minute bookings may be available depending on our schedule. Contact us as soon as you know your moving date.
